Welcome to Waterfront Cottage! It's a place where you can enjoy diverse and exciting all season activities-Fantastic Fishing and Hunting, Paddling, Canoeing, Windsurfing, Water/Jet/Cross-Country Skiing, Swimming, Hiking, Cycling And Snowmobiling. Just steps from the Trans-Canada Trail. Miles of Lock-Free Water access to Hastings Village and Peterborough.
The space
It comfortably sleeps 6 people and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, washroom, living/dining area, deck, 3 parking spaces, backyard lake access & lots of green space.
-There are 2 Queen size beds, a bunk bed with a single size top and bottom bunk. 1 single bed.

NO PARTIES OR EVENT
- Our place sleeps 6 people comfortably, and that's our maximum occupancy per stay. Keep in mind should there be an additional person visiting there will be an additional charge you will be responsible for. Contact me prior booking please should you like to bring that extra person to stay with you.
- With Covid-19, we have decided to provide this cozy home as clean as possible to ensure the safety of our guests. For that reason, we suggest all guests bring their own bedding(own sheets/linens/pillow cases) and other necessities you wish to have.
- Please bring your own towels.
-We thoroughly clean, and sanitize the cottage after each guest departs.
-The Electric Fireplace pictured in the dining room & recreation room works fine and is available for use during your stay. Do not use the wood fireplace.
-The water is fine for showering/washing dishes etc, we don't suggest drinking the water directly. Recommended bottle water/boiled water if required.
-Please bring the firewood to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
-No pets
-Smart TV is available but no internet. Connect your own wireless and enjoy.
-1 Pedal board available(2 seats). Pull the boats out of the water when it's not in use. Flip the boat up-side down before the rain starts.
-Life Jackets are not provided so bring your own if you are planning to use any of the provided watercraft. Life Jackets are mandatory.
- BBQ Propane included. As a courtesy to the next guests, please make sure you clean-up the BBQ after each use. Please do not leave any food in the BBQ machine.
-Please remove all the food items you bring from the fridge before you leave.
- The cottage is on a well so there's a limited amount of water. Please always take quick showers. The water pump will burn in the situation of the excessive use of water.
-Lake is weedy & has small stones but the water is clean. Check the township posting for swimming conditions for safety purposes.
-Please bring water shoe if you want to get into the water
-Fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, stove, fridge, freezer, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, crock pot, oven safe dishes, Drip Coffee Maker, sugar, salt, pepper.
-Garbage and Recycling must NOT be left at the property, Guests are responsible for disposing of their own garbage.Please follow the recycling rules. The township will not pick-up the garbage if it's not recycled properly. Here are a couple of garbage disposal sites nearby, please call them to check/confirm the schedule before you go.
