We are happy you are here! Cuyuna Shores is an all-season lake house retreat on the picturesque shores of Serpent Lake. This freshly remodeled six-bedroom, three-bathroom 4,000sf rambler located just minutes from the famous Cuyuna Mountain Bike trails comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests and is the perfect spot for both action-packed adventures and serene lakeside relaxation.
Just down the road from Crosby’s vibrant town atmosphere, Cuyuna Shores is an ideal spot close to charming coffee shops, boutiques, and unique must-visits like “Victual” for their homemade ice cream, “MacDaddys” for their drive-through doughnuts, or “Rafferty’s” for their wood fire pizzas and rooftop vibes.
From sought-after lakeside cabin stays, to bike excursions, golf weekends, friend/family getaways, to a much needed quiet retreat away, Cuyuna Shores serves as an ideal home away from home no matter what your days up here look like!
THE INDOOR SPACE:
We have thoughtfully remodeled and designed our lake home offering a modern, comfortable, and bright space. Step inside and be greeted by stylish coastal-modern decor, contemporary furnishings, and ample natural light that creates a warm and welcoming ambiance throughout. With its spacious layout and thought-through amenities, Cuyuna Shores can comfortably accommodate larger groups.
Our expansive rambler provides three living areas each with their own fireplaces and extra blankets for comfy evenings. Our sunroom and basement living room spaces both offer smart TV’s with access to streaming services for wind-down movie nights. Our fully-equipped kitchen comes ready for big groups with a large island and lake views, a 10-seater dining table, and 2 refrigerators. All bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, extra razors, and anything else you may have forgotten to pack.
As a group of 3 families with our own kids of all ages, we take pride in our family-friendly home complete with a wipeable high chair, a pack 'n play and two portable toddler sleep cots all with sheets, water toys for the lake, a big basket of children’s toys, and coloring books/crayons for indoor fun.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy our newly re-built deck that runs the length of our home complete with a grill, deck furniture, and unobstructed views of the lake. With a 1 acre flat backyard out to the lakeshore, there is endless fun to be had on property! Our lakeshore offers a fire pit with loungers, a brand new sand beach area, and a long private dock great for fishing, tying up your boat rental, swimming, and has an ideal shallow water depth for the littles to play in. In the cold months, it’s a great spot for snowmobiling and ice fishing.
