The space
This place has it all. The resort like property on Sturgeon Lake nestled in a quiet court right in the town of Bobcaygeon. The property is large and has ample parking for at least 6 vehicles. Downtown is just a short walk through the new Bobcaygeon Beach Park. In town you can enjoy shopping, dining, marinas, boat and water toy rentals and all that Bobcaygeon has to offer.
The Lakehouse is a bungalow that has been newly renovated top to bottom. It is tastefully decorated with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and ceramic tile in each of the 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the main level.
The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need.
Just outside is the Bbq area on the large concrete patio. The patio area has an outdoor dining space and relaxing sitting area. The lakeside area has a large deck and 32' dock.
The water is clear and great for swimming, perfect for younger children. There are two kayaks and several outdoor lawn games available.
