Plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements across bedrooms in spacious bedrooms. Master suite overlooks the lake with a connected full bath, and connects to the upper level deck. Upper level TV/reading area has a cozy remote operated gas fireplace for cooler evenings & months, and connects to the upper level deck. TV controlled by the Roku app, with the ability to sign into your own Amazon Prime, Disney+, and other streaming services. Main level entryway with plenty of space for coats & shoes. Main level laundry with new LG high efficiency washer and dryer. Newly remodeled kitchen with core cooking supplies included, including coffee grinder & 12cup coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, toaster, electric griddle, and more. The main level dining & living room has a remote operated gas fireplace and has expansive views of Maple Lake via large 3-panel floor-to-ceiling windows and a 2nd sliding glass door.

Upper level 10x10 deck connected to the Master Bed and Living area with seating for 2 for early morning coffee or evening sunset. Plenty of yard space for bocce ball, croquette, to set up a pickleball net, and/or other outdoor games (BYOG). Trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Firepit area with chairs & firewood included. Plenty of parking in the driveway & alongside the road for plenty of vehicles. ***Inquire about RV parking and water/electric hookups.***
Head towards the lake with plenty of seating, sunbathing & fun. ***There is a set of 72 stairs down to the Lake from the house; no ADA access.*** Rooftop patio above boathouse near the Lake with lounge chair, bench and table that seats 4 with a large patio umbrella. Sandy Beach area for lounging, digging, or playing games. Splash in the Lake around the dock, and swim out to the floating raft for sunbathing or jumping into the water (15-20ft water depths). From Memorial Day through Labor Day dock that has built-in seating bench and space to sunbath/lounge is in the water. 1 kayak for use, and space to pull up your own boat. ***Inquire about Dock in-water if before Memorial Day or After Labor Day.***
Kayak (1), beach/sand toys, plenty of chairs, some yard games, and firewood included.
