This renovated front cottage sleeps 7 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a full hall bath with tub/shower and a private ensuite with shower), and a spacious open floor plan. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. Outside, relax on the front flagstone patio with Adirondack chairs or the charming private back deck with enclosed outdoor shower. Plus a fenced dog run along the side of the house. Parking includes 1 off-street space plus 2 Dewey Beach street permits. Park your car and never have to worry about driving. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys included. Dogs are welcome with a $300 pet fee. NO SENIOR WEEK or BEACH WEEK celebrations permitted. VRBO rentals are subject to cancellation fee.
