We are located in historic Windsor Park, which is steps away from all the amenities Indianapolis has to offer such as Bottleworks District, The garage, Kan Kan Cinema, Mass Ave, the best local coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and much more. We are also close to Indiana University, Butler University, Lucas Oil Stadium, Convention Center and many hospitals and health centers within a 3 miles radius.

Our Jefferson Home is located in a comfortable location. Enjoy watching tv in our comfortable decorated living room inspired by one of Indianapolis' greatest events, the Indy 500 as well as access to a full bathroom. Home also counts with in-unit washer and dryer available for your use as well as an spacious kitchen with full size kitchen appliances (fridge, oven range, dishwasher, microwave), all plates, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils needed to make a homemade meal as well as a coffee maker, blender and toaster. Master bedroom is conveniently located on the back of the home with a King size bed, its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Two (2) Indianapolis themed decorated secondary bedrooms are located on the front of the home with Queen size beds, designated closets, and access to a full bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Clothes steamer and hair dryer are available so guests will always look their best during their Indianapolis stay.

We have provided a booklet in-home with all your needed information such as wi-fi passwords, how to operate the thermostat and our personal suggestions for the best places in the area.
