Summary: The hotel is right in downtown and close to the stadium, which is why we stayed. It's lovely in the lobby and the rooms are super nice and large. The front desk staff was nice, the room service was on time and friendly people, and the entire experience was great except for 1 thing. Originally we got a room on the 15th floor and after hours of flying, we just wanted to take a nap. The room was 74 degrees. We set it to 65 to cool off the room and tried to lay down. Three hours later the room was still 74 so we had to pack up and change rooms. Although that room was 70 degrees and much better, we tried to drop it to 68 at night but the A/C in the rooms must not be very powerful. It never made it past 69 degrees so on very hot days I'm not sure how cool the rooms would get.
