Custom built open concept home on quiet street. Home features soaring 20ft ceilings, high end furniture, and a peaceful setting. We completing remodeled in June of 2015 with new flooring, paint, light fixtures, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and all furnishings.
The master bedroom has a king size memory foam bed. The ensuite bathroom has granite countertops, stone floor showers, and new fixtures.
The main living room has a new Thomasvile sectional and and "Stressless" chair along with a new 50 Inch "smart" TV with Blue Ray player.
There are 2 ponds in the backyard with a fire pit. The home backs up to a golf course so you have no other homes right behind the home.
Each of the guest bedroom have new queen beds, warm comforters and share a nicely updated bathroom.
The lower lever of the home has 2 Room and Board brand sofas and a 50 inch 1080P Smart TV.
Internet and TV service is provided by Charter. The internet is very FAST, 50 MB plus, so you can work, stream Netflix, etc, at high speed.
The home has a private 2 car garage with opener for you to park your car in.

Summary: We stayed at the property for 6 weeks while receiving treatment at Mayo. Hosts were very flexible and responsive to questions. They were also proactive in communicating with us when services were being performed on the property. Overall it was a great home base for our family.
