Fully insulated, Gas hot water, fully kitted out kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc dining room and separate lounge. Working desk and clothes washer and dryer. Heat pumpin the living room. All rooms have panel heaters and the sun streams into the living areas in the morning and round to the bedrooms in the afternoon - very cosy. Residential Broadband / wifi available. Living area opens out onto a deck and patio and beautiful big backyard, sheltered with trees and a gazebo. Lockable outside shed for bike storage etc.
