Beautiful historic home. Newly remodeled kitchen - if you love to cook, this is the place for you, three spacious bedrooms, living room and sunroom. A 5-minute walk brings you to beautiful downtown Saint Charles and the Fox River. Excellent restaurants and entertainment nearby. A short drive to several grocery stores. The house is well-built and pretty quiet. There is plenty of parking for cars, or if you've brought your boat to go out on the Fox! Pet-friendly home. We live here 1/2 the time and have dogs ourselves. So....if you are allergic to dogs, this probably isn't for you. There is a fenced-in area that the dogs can use (and a dog door)! We will accept larger dogs, just reach out. The pet fee will go to an animal shelter we work with.
