Summary: We arrived at 2am and had a little difficulty getting the attention of someone to let us in. The internet was easy to log on to, however, we couldn't get logged on to the premium wifi that was posted in the room and the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. The pillows were a bit too squishy and the bed was really soft. I had requested extra pillows before check in yet had to request them twice before they were delivered. The toilet flushing handle was cracked and the TP holder was not attached. It was nice that the pool was open til 11pm. The room was quiet. It was a bit frustrating that we couldn't use our own firestick. Would recommend for a nice stay!
