Perfect getaway for 2 couples or family. Includes entire home - 2 unique studios with separate kitchens and living spaces. Private Stairwell joins them all together. Fully equipped with Satellite TV and reliable wi-fi so you can work upstairs while the rest of the family relaxes downstairs. Explore the country side and private trails, while only 20-30 minutes away from Meaford/Owen Sound and Blue Mountain. Very private but we are close by if you need any help. Truly a peaceful Oasis!
You will have the entire 1,500 square ft home to yourselves with parking space for 2 cars.
The recently renovated two studios within the home can be kept completely separate or you can keep the doors open in the side indoor stairwell to join them all together.
The house has a modern heating, air conditioner and air exchange system - even in-floor heating is available in the first floor suite!
Upstairs has an outdoor patio with a gorgeous view of the sunset. Downstairs has a outdoor patio area with a large table and many chairs.
A Traeger Smoke BBQ is available on demand for outdoor cooking. We supply the woodchips and can show you how easily it works!
There are two buildings on our property, the large farm guesthouse and the main house. The main house is on the same property but over 300 feet away. The main house is also rented out when we're not there, but far enough away that you will not notice anyone. None of the windows in your space looks into our the main house.
You will only have access to the guest farmhouse and share the entire 50 acre property. The main house is listed separately. We do offer both spaces to be rented together, if you're interested in renting both (for 8 guests) please let us know!
We work in Toronto but our co-host Kylie is only a quick message or phone call away to help you with anything you might need! Most of the time we will not be available to meet with guests but don't hesitate to contact us.

There are two buildings on our property, the guest farmhouse and the main house that is listed separately. You may interact with other guests on the property, but the spaces feel very separate with only a shared driveway and parking area.
We are pet friendly but ask that you keep your pet off the furniture if they happen to jump on it. You are welcome to have your dog unleashed on our property. Just please note that although this is huge property, it is not fenced off so you will need to keep an eye on your pets so that they don't wander off to our neighbours farm about 1/2 km away or deep into the forest. We recommend leashes on the trails to ensure your dog does not chase down deers, squirrels and the very rare porcupine!

The guidebook contains all the essential information about your stay, as well as provide recommendations for things to do in the surrounding areas. It's easy to navigate, and if you are out and about, you can access it from your phone.
To ensure you have a wonderful stay, we’ve equipped this home with a Minut sensor. It monitors noise (but does not record sound), occupancy, temperature and humidity, helping us keep our home and our neighbourhood safe, healthy and comfortable. It notifies us if it gets too loud, to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbours are not disturbed.

- As part of your cleaning fee, we are able to dispose of 3 full sized garbage/recycling bags. You will need to ensure your garbage & recyclables are split into separate clear bags (provided) of a) garbage, b) cans/plastic/glass, c) fiber/paper, e) beer/liquor beverage containers. For every additional bag of garbage/recycling there is an additional charge of $20/bag in order to arrange for additional garbage removal. Additionally if your garbage and recycling is not sorted properly and requires additional handling to meet municipality dump requirements we will need to charge an additional $10/bag.
- To help keep the space clean, we are a no-shoes household. Please remove your shoes immediately after entering the cottage
- Please lock the door when you leave the guesthouse unattended
- Please turn off lights when you are finished in a space/room. Let’s be energy conscious together!
- The plumbing runs to a septic system on the property. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
- Loud music is not permitted outside as per the municipality by-law.
