Welcome to the beautiful Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle! Centrally located right off Hwy 99, you’ll have quick access to downtown, Pike's Market, the Space Need and of course all of the fun neighborhoods! The unit is the freshly renovated and beautiful. With a completely separate entrance, 2 large king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a living space, kitchen and dining area, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. We look forward to hosting you!
The space
The unit is our ADU ( separate lower level apartment). My partner and I live in the unit above. The entrance is located on the right side of the house. It has 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, medium dining table for 4 and a kitchen. There is also a separate washroom with lock code access. This is free just let us know if you would like to use it and we will give you a code. Lastly, street parking is free and plentiful right out from of the house.
