Summary: The Property owner had great communication and responded quickly to questions. Check in/out could not have been easier. The house was as described except the kitchen area was a nice surprise. It wasn’t included in the photos , but certainly should be. The only things that kept me from giving a five star review were: lack of curtains in the living room (which is considered a sleeping space) ; the washing machine needed a ratchet strap to keep the door closed; the backyard needs some TLC to make it friendly. There is a patio table & chairs in the driveway, which would be nice to have in the back of the house. It’s clear the owners are working on refreshing the house and updates. The location is ideal and makes for a quick trip to town or the lake. There is so much possibility with this location and definitely worth considering when you’re visiting Pentwater.
