October 1st the small Lakeside portion of the cabin is winterized and unavailable during winter months. The large part of the main cabin is available for year round use. The Winterized portion has 3 bedrooms that are not heated during winter months. During the Summer months the Lakeside Seasonal portion of the cabin does have Air Conditioning.
