Modern 1 Bedroom + Den Condo located in Yorkville district which is one of Canada's most exclusive shopping districts, anchored by the Mink Mile along Bloor Street. Canada's largest museum and the fifth largest in North America, the Royal Ontario Museum is located just to the west of Yorkville. We glad to welcome our guest in such amazing place. Apartment has 1 queen bed in the Bedroom, I single sofa bed in the living room and 1 single bed in the Den.
The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.
Other things to note
According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot).
We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure.
Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building.

If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees ***ELEVATOR RULES Please note that bicycles, scooters and other vehicles are not permitted in the elevators.
