This 10000 square foot home is situated on 300 acres of expansive landscaped areas and stunning perennial gardens. This estate home was custom built to incorporate the splendor of a French Chateau with natural stone and wood timbers for a distinctive Canadian feel.
The home has 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms/7 bathrooms, gym, indoor pool, two saunas, hot tub, expansive living and dining space, green room kitchen, billiards room, bar area, breakfast courtyard, gazebo, fire pit and two large stone patio's overlooking a large pond with three natural waterfalls.
The space can easily accomodate an intimate dinner for 12. (please consult with owners if you plan on having an event here or any more than 12 people). There are extra charges for events and weddings. We have an additional $10,000 charge for events and they must be supervised by owners.
To complement the rural location, the estate home was designed as a recreational home with a rambling country homestead in mind. A subtle combination of stone glass and wood make this an unbelievable space in winter or summer. The property has several fir pits, 18km of private mountain bike trails, cross country ski trails, swimming ponds and hiking trails.
