○ Any damaged utilities or equipment will be subject to fees, we do our best to ensure everything is functional before your stay so please maintain our lovely home thank you .
○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in this building.
○ There is a $250CAD fine if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from a unit per condo by law and fine policy.
○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home.
○ Quiet hours: 11 pm to 7 am (this is a residential building) .
○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 80db, we have a noise detector.
○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music but events for work or meetings are allowed.
