This beautiful low profile lot has extensive water frontage, as well, decks and dock are ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, boating, water sports and snowmobiling. A public boat launch and Redden's Store, (groceries, gas, LCBO, Cannabis Store), is conveniently located 5 minutes from the property.
Custom home features hardwood and ceramic tile throughout plus a large modern chef's kitchen with granite countertops, two islands with seating for 6-8, stainless appliances including a double wall oven and a dishwasher. Enjoy family meals at the large open concept dining room that overlooks the water, or, from the massive 800 sq. ft. glass railed private deck with easy access to the water and dock/gazebo.
