This 3-story home is designed with decks on every level providing stunning ocean and AC skyline views. There are bedrooms on the second and third floors while the 1st floor open floor plan is perfect for gathering, relaxing and dining. The third floor offers a huge master suite with King bed and sitting area and 8' oversize Anderson slider doors. It has a vaulted ceiling with dual skylights and a private deck with lounge chairs and wonderful ocean views. The master suite offers a spacious closet and a tiled master bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks and tiled shower.
The 2nd floor oceanside bedroom is decorated in a contemporary beach style and has a queen bed. It features a private deck with two Adirondack chairs and 2 person swing. It has it's own private bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom faces the west toward the bay and includes 2 twin beds, and a private bath with shower/tub combination.
The 1st floor greets you with a huge 22' X 16' living room with gas fireplace. Relax in comfort on the new sleeper sofa with matching love seat while you enjoy your favorite movie on the 40' Sony LCD TV with DVD player. One vanity half bathroom is located off the living room. The 1st floor also features an 8' oversize Anderson sliding doors opening onto a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the light oak hardwood floors which are throughout the living room into the state of the art gourmet kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium range/oven, cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and dual basin stainless sink. The dining room features a wine fridge and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6-8. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the 1st floor.
