In Mounds View School District and across the street from Shoreview and North Oaks. Corner lot with spacious backyard and plenty of mature trees. This property is a perfect combination of quiet neighborhood and access to many amenities nearby. A walking and bike path is right out the front door and leads directly to many parks, trails, and lakes near by. A convenience store, gas station, nail salon, Italian and Chinese food within a one-block walk. Coffee Shops, Grocery, and many retail stores in Shoreview Mall is 1.5 miles away, and another retail location (Target, Panera, Fresh Thyme, etc.) at Vadnais Square Shopping Center is 3 miles away.
Many parks are near by including family friendly parks, walking paths, and lakes. Close to major interstates, this location is a prime spot for events in and around the cities, but then retreat into a pet and family friendly location.
