Home is on 1028 acre Eagles Nest #3 lake which is between Ely (22 mi) and Tower MN (14 mi). Over 1/3 of the lake's shoreline borders Bear Head State Park. Note, the park boundary is just about a 1/4 mile to the east of our property. There are plenty of islands to explore and a real Boundary Waters experience without being in the Boundary Waters. Three state parks with all their amenities are close by: Lake Vermilion State Park (11 mi), Sudan Underground Mine (13 mi), and Bear Head State Park (6 mi)
