This property rents for weekly Monday to Monday periods only. With a maximum of 6 people. This is a Beautiful 3 bedroom executive cottage on deep Big Bob lake with gentle sloping waterfront, and all the amenities you could need; 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room overlooking the lake; country kitchen (with expandable maple table) and large screen porch with comfortable furniture and eating area also overlooking the lake. As well, 2 large decks with ample furniture, dining room, large floating dock, garage, beautiful gardens, lots of parking and drive straight to the door. Boat launching can be arranged. Row boat, kayaks and a canoe are provided on this clean quiet lake that is great for swimming, boating, exploring and relaxing. Fire pit off the lower lake deck with wood provided. Minden is just a short 5 km away where you will find everything you may need. There are a number of steps leading to the lake and this property is not appropriate for individuals with mobility challenges. It is kid friendly, but toddlers would need a hand descending the stairs.
Master bedroom has a king bed with a large ensuite that has double sinks and walk in shower. Other bedrooms are spacious, with queen beds. Bathroom 2 is a standard bathroom with tub and shower. On the main floor is a powder room. In the full walk out basement is a large den/TV area with, two comfortable couches. A Smart T.V. with DVD player, satellite and an assortment of movies and games are available on sight. Ping pong table is also provided along with other games for outside fun. A high standard BBQ with all the equipment you may need and propane is included.
