6200 sq ft. custom built estate home perched on a gentle sloping hill overlooking Long Lake, one of the best lakes in Minnesota. This home as it all, huge bedrooms, hot tub, gym, private dock, 10' basketball hoop large garage area (about 1/2 court), huge bedrooms, downstairs game room complete with Foosball and stand-up video game machine.
The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, bowls, coffee maker, griddle, crock pot, wine glasses, ready for you to come and call it home. The 6th bedroom is an office, one can use an air mattress if they want to use it for sleeping.
Pets are not allowed without written approval and must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If written approval is not obtained and you come with a pet you are subject to a $1000 fine and you will be made to leave with no refund. Approval is at the sole discretion of the owner and pet fees apply. No Cats Allowed.
The pontoon can be rented daily or weekly.
The 6th bedroom is an office, one can use an air mattress if they want to use it for sleeping.
Jet ski and boat is not included in the rental.
2 kayaks included with the rental.

Please note, you CANNOT PARK IN THE STREET. There is a high likelihood that you will be towed.
If you have a trailer we have off site parking available only a couple of miles away. Please contact us. No more than 4 cars are allowed to be parked on property.
If you have more than 4 cars you must notify us for permission prior to arrival
Cedar Shores Resort is not a turn around. Please do not go all of the way through their driveway.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
Cancellation policy and procedures
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.
If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.
