Private cabin situated on a 30 acre property in a quiet community. Only 5 minutes from downtown Spruce Pine and 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway in two directions. 10 minutes from Linville Falls, Penland, Little Switzerland.
Endless hiking and sightseeing in all directions, it is a great base camp for day trips, skiing, tubing, gem mining and relaxing.
Our primary residence and a personal use workshop are on the same property. The driveways are split and the parking is separate. Our home is a berm home facing solar south away from the cabin, so all you see is the grass roof mostly. Very private for both of us.
In the winter our driveway is not scraped in the event of snow or ice.
