This cottage is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with stunning views, sandy beaches, and amazing air with the taste of bordering forest. This property is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 people. Rental includes linens, towels, coffee maker, charcoal BBQ, Firepit, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and much more. Property is inspected and cleaned before and after each rental. 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance and security deposit is due on arrival. The security deposit is returned after inspection indicates no damage has been done to the property (within 3 days after the rental is complete). Rental cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled rental period results in a return of security deposit, and 50% of the rental fee. Rental cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled rental period will result in a return of the security deposit only. The rental fee is based on 6 to 10 person’s occupancy, an additional $100/week is charged for each additional occupant.
