Our newly renovated home exhibits the warm woods of a classic family cabin while adding in modern touches. Whether you're traveling for a wedding, family, work or a relaxing getaway, this place is sure to charm and relax you.
This is the lower level of a duplex! It has a private entrance.

Lawn Maintenance. To keep the yard looking great, our team may be tending to the grass during your stay. Estimated time for lawn care is less than 2 hours.
Outdoor Area: There is a beautiful patio with a table that seats four & a gas grill. Please clean the grill after each use, so it is ready for the next guest.
Parking. Free street parking. *No street parking when it snows (until plows have cleared the streets).
Smoking. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on or around the home.
No Parties. Parties are not allowed.
Pets. No pets are allowed on the premises.
Additional Things to Note/Rules:
- Self check-in with smart lock. (Please lock the entry door anytime you leave the home.)
- There is a dehumidifier that runs to keep the air fresh. It may need to be emptied during your stay.
- If you’re booking during the colder months, outdoor gear like patio furniture & yard games will be unavailable.
- Must sign rental agreement & contact form within 24 hours of booking.
- Security deposit may be required up to $300.
- No additional overnight guests.
