The unit is an open-concept loft style two bedrooms apartment with over 10 feet high ceiling on the top floor of the building ,which offer a panoramic pastoral views of beautiful ponds and pristine pine forest. The apartment is well furnished and equipped to offer all you need at home. The heating and cooling is operated by Mitsubishi heat pump with an additional radiant in-floor heating system to offer ultra-comfy . The unit has its own separate thermostats in each room for you to optimize a comfortable temperature when and where you need it. The whole house runs completely on electricity (clean energy ). A portable crib is provided.

Guests have full access to all 90 acres of the property, private trails throughout the pristine pine forest, two big beautiful ponds, playground with swings, hammock, sliding etc. Fire pit. BBQ available.
