This new luxury 4 bedroom renovated home is in the center of town only steps from the public pool, and new splash pad and new kids park. About 200 meters from the Pharmacy, Canada Post, Fruit Market, Church and the public 9 hole golf course.

This is a lovely, comfortable property that has just been refurbished. A Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Super Fast Internet is included. For your convenience, we also provide a fully outfitted kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.

out and plan on a site meeting to review any outstanding issues.
Please double check that you have all your personal belongings before

*TOWELS
Please place dirty towels in the shower upon leaving and ensure they are all
accounted for.
*WASHROOMS
Please remove all garbage from the bathroom, and place it with the kitchen garbage, leaving the washroom tidy. Be sure to remove all your personal cosmetic or cleaning products.
*KITCHEN
Countertops should be wiped clean and appliances, etc. Put back in place.
Please clean all the dirty dishes.
Empty the refrigerator of any perishable food and drinks.
Clean the stovetop.
Turn off all the appliances.
Sweep the kitchen floor.
*GARBAGE
The garbage and recycling bins are located outside in front of the garage.
Please do not leave bagged garbage in the house when checking out.

The barbecue in the back deck yard operates on propane gas and is available for use year round. Please remember to clean the barbecue after use, place the cover securely in place, and close the gas valve.

Please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed upon leaving.
*PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
General property maintenance will be addressed by the property manager. This will include grass cutting, landscaping, salting and snow removal, and emergencies.
