Summary: My family of 6 booked this cabin very short notice! Within just a couple days of our stay. We had a good time, although not nearly long enough of a stay! This is not a secluded cabin. There are 8 cabins on the property. That being said, it is outside of town and you still get some privacy. There are smaller patches of trees between the cabins. You get your own private dock. They had a row boat and pontoon at our dock right away when we requested renting them (at very reasonable price I might add) !!! The pontoon was the best! The owners live on property and are very much available to assist in all ways! The office/gift shop is cute. Free games and DVDs to borrow. The cabin is very basic. Not fancy. Not huge. But really everything that we needed! Outside photos would really help rent this place because I really didn’t expect the outside to be as cute as it was since there weren’t any photos posted! We peeked in a couple Windows of two of their empty cabins (shhhh) and they were cuter than ours. They weren’t suitable for our family size...but might be for yours! Definitely recommend checking them out! Things that would have been nice but not necessary: our own fire pit, towels, kitchen towels (they removed them due to Covid I believe) and dish soap to wash and dry dishes, and an outside light for grilling in the dark haha We would absolutely stay here again....mostly because of the sweet owners (most specifically the wife-sorry I didn’t catch your name!) We are excited to check out the new cabin that they recently built next time around! Our teens loved the paddle boards, kayaks, row boat, canoe, floating raft, and hammock! Thanks for letting us borrow life jackets, and blaze orange vests for our hikes off property during hunting season, bug spray, and warm cider on Sunday morning! It was a much needed weekend!
