This cabin is located just minutes away from the Arrowhead Mountain Lodge between Montrose, CO and Gunnison, CO and is surrounded by Aspen and Pine trees. It offers a comfortable home-like feeling with granite countertops, washer/dryer, high end appliances and plenty of room to enjoy your family. The loft area features the master bedroom and bathroom with a walk in shower and overlooks the living and dining room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs with queen beds that have windows for you to enjoy the outdoors from inside. This cabin also features Satellite TV and WIFI. You can also enjoy sitting on the front deck while grilling your dinner and taking in the mountain air. **No open fires allowed**

Summary: Property was beautiful and exactly what we needed to relax and re-charge in the middle of nature. From the front porch we saw chipmunks, birds such as woodpeckers and robins, always territorial hummingbirds, abundant amount of deer does/fawns/bucks, a red fox, a black bear and even a mountain lion (yes, a mountain lion!), all from the front porch! My dad even asked if we were staying in a zoo, he was quite jealous of our sightings… What an amazing place to experience. Josh/Krissi were awesome, great communication, helpful and friendly. The property is setup/stocked with everything you could possibly need. Internet/SmartTV/Wi-Fi worked perfectly but it is a great place to un-plug from the gadgets. Traeger grill/smoker was excellent to cook on, pellets provided, thank you! Interior is decorated beautifully, leather loungers were relaxing, great fully stocked kitchen to cook in, and bed is very comfortable. It is obvious that the owners enjoy and take care of their property, it is not just a rental. Landscaping was a delight and created an blissful ecosystem for the wildlife. Although we usually just drive through Arrowhead looking for elk (which we did see in one of the valleys), this time we decided to book a cabin and I can tell you there is no better place in the area. If you like to be remote but still require regular comforts of home, please book this amazing place! Sunsets peering through the aspens on the porch were great. We visit the area often in the fall too, and can only imagine the aspens erupting around the property, I’m sure it’s a sight to see. Thank you Josh/Krissi for sharing your home with us so we can make new memories, many that we will never forget!
