3-bedroom cottage with an outdoor 6-people sauna and deeded access to Tamarack Lake. Only a 250 meter walk to the sandy beach from the property.
Two floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony. 1.3 acre property with a small pond.
Upper floor bedroom - two twin beds.
Lower floor: second bedroom - one queen bed.
Third bedroom - bunk bed (lower queen, upper twin).
One toddler crib is available in one of the bedrooms.
Wood stove and propane stove, fire pit.
Fully stocked kitchen - oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dishwasher, dishware and kitchen utensils.
TV screen with an HDMI cable is available - you can connect it to your laptop to watch movies. (WIFI available).
One stand-up paddle board available, comes with a paddle. Also one canoe available. Please bring your own life jackets. Tamarack Lake is great for paddleboarding - it is small with calm waters and no electric motor boats are permitted.
Guests need to bring their own linens and bathroom towels (kitchen towels are available). Guests also need to bring their own firewood for the wood stove/ sauna/ fire pit.

There is also a public beach on Gooderham Lake (Pine Lake Park), you can also view the Irondale river from the Glamorgan Park located in town. Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park is a 30 minute drive. Another point of interest is Furnace Falls on the Irondale river (20 minute drive). IB & O Rail Trail starts near Gooderham at 503 & Mccolls Road.
