3 bedroom/2 bathroom (en suite off Master - double sink granite counter in main bathroom/great room with antique barn board flooring/granite island/dishwasher/bbq/decks off every room and all around/screened in Muskoka room/big screen TV to hook up your computers with HDMI cable (bring your cables) for use of unlimited WIFI. 1.2 acres of forest behind cottage/very private - cannot see neighbours/walk down drive way cross road and you are on my beach (shared) private dock at shoreline/canoe and paddles supplied/washer/drier/dishwasher
no wood stove fires/no outside pit fires - ban of fire in the area
can use the BBQ
Every room has a ceiling fan and the great room has four ceiling fans, and all rooms have patio slider doors that open on to decks. As good as air conditioning.
the lake is pristine - no motor boats, electric motors only allowed - 3-chain lake - excellent for swimming/canoeing/kayaking/paddle boarding
because of COVID people are bringing up their own sheets and towels
This is NOT a party house ... not suitable for big drinkers - more suitable for quiet folk
