The Sandpiper is on a quieter street in the village of Grand Bend within walking distance of Sobey's and Shoppers. The library is on this street and it is about a 10 min walk to the main beach in Grand Bend, about a 3 min walk to the main intersection in the village. This cute Cape Cod style house has central air, wifi, cable, dishwasher, washer dryer, and no carpet. It has an outdoor firepit and lots of parking. The main floor has kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, bath and laundry room. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, jack and jill bath 2 twin beds in the upstairs hallway. The living room has a pull out double mattress sofa. 2 decks span the front and back of the cottage, the back deck has a natural gas BBQ. VRBO offers liability insurance, renters need their own liability insurance, if you have home/apartment insurance, the liability clause will cover you. Weekly rental in July and August, otherwise 2 night min and if you are a group you need to be 25 years of age or older please.
