As the old saying goes, "Home is where the heart is" we made sure to put our hearts out in to making this place your home away from home.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Ranked as the best neighbourhood in Toronto to live in by Toronto Life. The toney neighbourhood of Rosedale-Moore Park is a quiet residential area located between the northern boundary of Moore Avenue, the southern boundary of Bloor Street, the western boundary of Yonge Street and the Moore Park Ravine and Bayview Avenue along its eastern edge.
It has plenty of greenery, with parts of the Moore Park Ravine, Chorley Park, the Beltline Trail, David A. Balfour Park, Beaumont Park and other public green spaces.
The area consists largely of single-family dwellings on quiet, tree-lined streets, and Deer Park Junior and Senior Public School serves the children in the north end of the neighbourhood. There are several retain strips along Yonge Street from Bloor St. to St. Clair Ave.
Rosedale-Moore Park is well-served by transit, with Bloor-Yonge, Rosedale, Summerhill and St. Clair subways stations along its western edge and Bloor-Yonge, Sherbourne and Castle Frank stations along its southern edge. Buses also run along St. Clair and Mount Pleasant Road.
➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiringrepairs.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
