Construction finished August 2018 on this beautiful 950 sq ft home. Open concept living room dining room kitchen with barn board coloured pine cathedral ceiling and whitewashed pine feature wall. 3 good size bedrooms with lighted ceiling fans.2 queen bed and 1 single over double. Kitchen has new appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Completely stocked with dishes etc.All new luxurious hotel quality bedding. White bath and beach towels provided. Modern washroom with shower. TV for streaming and internet. Screened in room off lovely front deck. Short walk to 30x40 pipe dock with floating dock, tiki bar, fire pit, swim up dock, sand box for the kids, canoe. Dock is private and for your use only. Boat launch on property. An be used with owners permission. Beautiful views of the lake. Good swimming fishing boarding etc. a short 10 minute drive to downtown Kenora. In fall come enjoy the colourful leaves and hike the many trails. Enjoy a bonfire on the dock. In winter bring your snowmobile and sled from your door onto the lake and groomed trails or walk/skate,snowshoe cross country ski or downhill ski or tube down the ski hill. MUST be 25 or older to book. If you are bringing a pet there is an additional $50 cleaning fee to be paid directly to owner.June to August weekly bookings only Sunday to Sunday.
