Beautiful clean water on Georgian Bay, Mowat Island. Stunning southern views from this amazing three bedroom, two bathroom cottage with additional sleeping quarters in two separate bunkies.
The cottage has almost 1200 feet of shoreline, and sits on almost 11 acres. Much is granite rock but also has a perfect sand beach for children. Spend your days fishing, boating, exploring Georgian Bay, hiking, swimming or just plain relaxing!
You must either have your own boat or use the local water taxi to rent this cottage.
The space
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Georgian Bay from Muskoka chairs. Listen to the loons evening serenade from the tranquility of the deck. Go hiking on the nature trails that carve their way throughout the island. Swim in the deep water dock or wade in the sand beach. Indulge in the great fishing that Georgian bay has to offer. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing, private getaway, you've found it!
Two kayaks and one canoe are available for your use but please bring your own life jackets.
