This is a ~1000 square foot townhouse is in a charming historic duplex - there is one adjacent townhouse next door. Since there is one shared wall, we prefer to host guests who don't plan on creating too much noise. The same goes for the neighbors - we expect them to be respectful, so please let us know if noise is ever an issue for you.
You will park on the street using our parking permit. We ask $3/night for this, which is what the city charges. If you arrive late at night or at a busy time during a weekend, we cannot guarantee the availability of nearby street parking. There is a parking garage about half a block away.
You will have private access of the entire townhouse. There may be one locked closet or cabinet for owner's supplies.
We live nearby and will be available if you need anything, but we don't meet most of our guests in person.
The Short North Arts District is home to some of the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and night life in the city. Park your car and walk everywhere!
Italian Village (our local historic district within the Short North) is just a short walk from the Convention Center, shopping, dining, and nightlife.
The townhouse is located on Kerr St, between Lincoln St. and Warren St. This is a prime location! Just a 3-minute walk to shopping, dining, and night life along High St. in the Short North Arts District, and just a 7-minute walk to the convention center.

The building does not have any alley access, so the trash and recycling bins need to be moved out to the curb on the pickup days. We ask that our guests move the bins in and out, if the pickup days occur during your stay at the townhouse. We will provide reminder messages on the pickup days.
The TV does not have cable or access to any free live channels. It is a “smart” TV only. You will need to log into your own streaming accounts to play content on the TV.
