The Coach House originally built over 100 years ago has been fully renovated and remodeled with a charming cottage-like feel. You have no neighbours or shared walls and feel like you’re in cottage-country, not the city. Original hardwood floors on the main level and a gas-stove-like fireplace add to its rustic feel and will make you feel cozy and warm while you enjoy Netflix or Prime on the comfortable couch.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and double sink. The kitchen comes fully stocked with an espresso machine, blender, dishware, glassware and cutlery. A live-edge cherry table with cast iron legs and seating for 6 is included to host a small group of friends and family. While the kitchen is well equipped with any tool a Chef may require, outside you will find a Weber BBQ for those times you need it.
The back room on the main floor is a secondary living space with an oversized closet and shelving, that can be used as a primary workspace with a desk and chair included. In floor heating keeps this room nice and warm while the sliding doors back out onto a small patio and the back alley that can be used to access Hardbord Street. This outdoor space is also great additional storage for toys, bikes or strollers.
Upstairs you will find a large patio, perfect for some fresh air in the mornings, with a secondary workspace and ample room to get ready, with full length mirror and extra closet and drawer space for personal belongings. The space was created as an additional 'walk-in closet' and now doubles up as secondary office space. A beautifully designed and tiled washroom includes shower, lots of storage space and medicine cabinet to store all your toiletries and personal items. In floor heating will keep your bare feet warm as you get ready in the mornings.
The large master bedroom is not only warm and cozy, with a secondary fireplace adding to the charm of the room and home, but it has an eclectic bathtub setup in the room that can be used for a nice warm soak while you watch Netflix. Queen sized bed and Endy mattress will ensure that both you and your partner have a comfortable and perfect sleep every night. The over-sized walk-in closet has enough space for all your outfits and includes a washer and dryer so you can do all your laundry from the comfort of your home.
