3br - 2240ft2 - Beautifully renovated arts and crafts house, available furnished. This elegantly renovated, spacious 2-storey house has views in all directions and sunlight throughout the day. It has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen size beds and 1 double), two full baths (1 ensuite) and a downstairs powder room. The fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure to work in. The sitting/entertainment off the kitchen is cosy with great light and views. The large living room has a wood-burning fireplace and the dining room has a large table for groups.
St. Clair Avenue with restaurants, cafes, a 24-hour supermarket, the Wychwood Barns and farmer's market and the St. Clair West subway station are within a 10 minute walk. Yorkville/Bloor shopping area, University of Toronto and extensive ravine system are all nearby. Only a fifteen-minute subway ride to the business district.
The exclusive enclave of Wychwood Park lies in a lovely park setting of mature oak trees. It features historic arts and crafts houses and landscaping, providing a country in the city atmosphere. The Park common space includes a ravine with a tennis court and a pond. Although located in the heart of the city, it is very quiet with car traffic restricted to local residents and guests.

Summary: Diana’s house could not have been more perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed here for a month with our two-year-old while finishing a home renovation in Toronto. I now aspire to live in this neighborhood one day—a wooded oasis just minutes from the best of the city. This is a very special home, so charming and warm with updated finishes and terrific design/art. Plus parking! If this is available don’t hesitate to book now.
