BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Great swimming – clear, deep water and shallow beach – no weeds – water shoes not needed

Dock: 20ft x 24ft with ladder into water – water is 8 ft at the end of the dock
Dock is large enough to hold a 23” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
