A reverse design (Family room, dining room, and kitchen on top floor, bedrooms on bottom). At night in the winter, you can see the lights from the ski hill through the large patio window and doors. It is built for comfort with King sized beds in two rooms and a huge dining room table that can fit 8 to 10 people at a time. It's fun with 4k TVs in every room, amazing booming SONOS surround sound system and a sit-down Pacman / Gallaga (and 50 other retro games) video game table, dart board, PS3 with golf, some music equipment, puzzles and board games, a fire pit in back, an outdoor hot tub in a curtain enclosed atrium. It is 2 minutes from Blue Mountain village and an 8 minute drive to Collingwood and Wasaga beach. It has a large 12 car U shaped driveway that could fit up to 12 cars plus a car port where you enter the chalet through the mud room. You can work there too! There is an upstairs office nook with windows on 3 sides, large monitors to hook up to and a colour printer/copier. Entire property regularly sprayed to control mosquitos.
