There are lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.
One king size bedroom on the first floor with a full size bathroom, and one ensuit king size bedroom on the second floor. Both rooms and lounge get full afternoon sun.
Also a backyard with table and chairs for you to chill out.
All the house is yours, no shared premises.

Unfortunately the townhouse does not come with a designated carpark.
- Pay by meter in front of the unit on Durham Street North (free overnight).
- 2 hours free parking at the casino Wilson carpark (2 mins walk to the house).
- Paid Wilsons carpark on Kilmore St next to our unit at $6/night.
