Naturally well-lit, fully furnished, 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath.
Sleeps 6 with six beds total: Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and one with a sofa convert for 1 person. One bedroom downstairs with two new full beds.
Fully furnished upper level living room with sliding door to wraparound deck overlooking the lake. Lower level TV room with TV, couch and recliner and sliding glass door with direct access to the patio, bonfire, sandy beach and refreshing lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving basics, microwave, oven, stove top, refrigerator, rice cooker, toaster and Keurig coffee service. Charcoal barbecue available on outdoor deck.
You can rent boats, jet skis other water toys in the area (Annandale, Delano, Monticello).
Destination lake for fishing bass, northerns and crappies -and definitely sunfish around the dock- kids love the dock fishing. Lots of fishing houses out in the winter.
Our boat is not there but we have a boat lift, 1 canoe, 2 sit in kayaks, one stand-up board (SUP) and Lilypad mat.
The house is octagonal with a ceiling fan and windows on all sides which create an incredible breeze throughout the home from the lake and makes for a very comfortable setting without AC. Comes with an AC window unit for the lower level bedroom. Rarely if ever used.
Washer and dryer available in lower level.
