Your dream lake vacation begins with this spacious 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on private Sylvan Lake in Backus, MN. This 2800 sf home offers a Master bedroom and bath, plus 2 additional bedrooms and full Bath on the main level. The basement features 2 more bedrooms and a 1/2 bath. Loads of family games and books are available for use, along with a dart board and foosball table in the large basement recreation room. 2 king, 2 queen, and 4 twin beds are available to guests. The house is dog friendly with gates and a portion of the yard is fenced in for larger breeds.
2+ acre private lot with 200+ feet of shoreline including a private dock on a lake with 15 feet of water clarity awaits to help you make some up north memories. Also available in the summer months is a 22-foot Pontoon for evening cruises or crisp cool swims in the middle of the lake for an additional fee. 2 single Kayaks, swim mats, some life vests and water toys are included with the house. Excellent Bass, Pike and Pan fishing right off the dock that can keep anyone (especially the young anglers) busy from dusk till dawn.
Up to 8 guests are included, additional guests up to a maximum of 12 for an additional fee and please do let us know if you are planning to bring a pet/s.
We do have security cameras setup outside the building to monitor the driveway and lakeside entrance.
