This multi-level home is located in the outskirts of Barrie, in a quiet neighborhood less than five miles from the city's restaurants, shops, beaches, and conveniences along the edge of Lake Simcoe. In the summer, you'll be close to Innisfil Beach on Lake Simcoe (15 miles) and Wasaga Beach on Georgian Bay (22 miles). In winter, spend your days at Snow Valley Ski Resort (six miles), Horseshoe Resort (17 miles), or Blue Mountain Ski Resort (38 miles). For your year-round shopping and dining needs, head to Georgian Mall or Bayfield Mall close by (four miles).
Step inside to be greeted by large, sunlit rooms with central air running throughout.
