Great for singles and couples with pets. This is a private 1 bedroom apartment with all basics provided for your stay.
There is a comfy chair, couch, TV and tables in the living room. A dining table with 3 chairs in the kitchen and a small white desk in the bedroom. Bedroom has a queen size bed with a firm mattress and clean linens.
This 1 bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up 2 adults; additional guests must be children only; up to maximum of 4 guests total. We rent an air bed for additional guests - see details below.
The apartment comes complete with a TV (No cable but HDMI chord is provided), and wireless internet. Cable can be provided for an extra fee. The kitchen has a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and is stocked with cooking essentials (dishes, cookware, coffee/tea, condiments, spices/sugar, etc).
Clean bed linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow-dryer, are provided for your stay. Ironing board and iron are in the closet.
We allow pets (with limitations) at this listing. A pet fee will be charged & the guest must read and agree to abide by our pet rules - further details below.
We provide basic cleaning supplies including a stick vacuum, mop, dustpan with a broom, cleaning solution, and rags. There is a communal vacuum, mop and bucket, brooms at the bottom of the stairs. On-site coin operated laundry is available for your convenience in our new laundry room.

Check-out:
Please read the guest manual for check out instructions. At check out we ask that all guests return the unit to the state they found it. This includes, washing the dishes, disposing of garbage and perishable foods. Ensuring there are no stains or rips in the linens and towels. Wiping down all surfaces so they are free of debris and dirt with provided cleaning solution and rags. If there are pets on the premise, shake out the linens and towels, remove any pet waste, food, litter, fur/hair etc.

Parking:
We have private parking for rent for $50 per week (7 consecutive nights). There is also nearby street parking for aprox $40/week, and a permit must be purchased online from the city of Toronto. Print your permit before you arrive.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed but additional deep-cleaning fee applies; Fee for 1 pet: $200/month. Fee for 2 pets: $250/month Conditions: Pets must be up-to-date on all shots and fleas; must be spayed/neutered; small or med size dog breeds only; no dangerous dog breeds allowed; puppies and kittens are not allowed; pets are not allowed in the bedrooms; pets are not allowed on the furniture unless it is covered; dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment; area rugs must be rolled and kept in the closet for duration of stay; fee pet does not cover any damages to the property or its contents.
Air Bed Rental:
- Rent a queen size, self-inflating, Intex Comfort Plush Elevated Airbed. The bed is installed in the master bedroom, and comes complete with extra linens, pillows & duvet. Discounts available for long term stays.
Cable:
Cable TV available for $80/month - please inquire in advance so we can have it installed in time for your arrival.
Deep cleaning Fee:
If there is smoking in the unit, evidence of pets that weren’t previously disclosed, party in the unit, noise complaints from other the guest, or other disruptions, the guest will be automatically charged $300 in addition to their booking.
Early check out policy:
Should the guest want to leave early, the refund is calculated based on the check in day that is booked by the next guest. We ask for ask much notice as possible to ensure you get a full refund for any un-used days. Note that the refund is based on the nightly rate or weekly rate, whichever applies. Thank you.

This is a second floor apartment of a 100+ year old building. As such there are normal defects and issues found in an older building including but not limited to: Cracks, Paint chips, other blemishes, house spiders, flies, spider webs, etc. The furnishings and appliances are in a used condition, and by booking this apartment, you acknowledge this fact.
