**PLEASE READ-The Beach Restoration Project is set to begin in September. This critical restoration project will restore the damage that our area sustained during Hurricane Nate and Hurricane Sally. This project will not affect properties on Fort Morgan.
When the dredging begins, work will start on West Beach in Gulf Shores and work towards the east into Orange Beach. During dredging, the beach in front of your unit may be closed due to equipment for an unspecified amount of days. Unfortunately, we will not have a specific schedule of when the equipment will move along the beach.

This freshly painted 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that has everything you need--Old River views, close beach access with a full ramp to facilitate beach carts, new boat docks with 26 first come, first served slips, a new boat ramp and large trailer storage lot, and a new tennis court that converts to two pickleball courts, with a shuffle board court included. Wind Drift North has two outdoor pools, with one on the north property and one serving the south property. For your safety, there is an on demand traffic light located at the crosswalk to allow easy access to the south property that is located on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. From the balcony of the unit, you have panoramic views of Old River and Ono Island.

Wind Drift North is located near Perdido Pass in Orange Beach on Old River. Amenities include 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, 1st come, 1st serve boat slips, fishing pier, and boat/trailer parking. If you are planning on bringing a boat you will need to let us know at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Boat Parking Fee:
$50 per day
$300 per week from 3/1 to 11/30
$200 per month from 12/1 to 2/28
Boat parking passes can't be purchased the same day you arrive, they must be purchased 48 hours in advance.

Boat Storage and Dock Use Rental Agreement
* The facilities of Wind Drift are for the exclusive use of Wind Drift Owners, their invited guests and registered guests. *All boats, boats, trailers, and jet ski's must have a Wind Drift Boat/Trailer Pass properly displayed.
*Any vessel or trailer without a valid boat and trailer pass will be towed or chained at owners' expense.
*All registered boats and trailers must be stored in the boat yard, NOT in the primary parking areas.
*Dock use and trailer storage are rented on a daily basis – not by hour(s).
*Rental does not reserve registrant a slip at the dock. Boat slips are on a first come first serve basis.
*All boats, boats, trailers, and jet ski's must have a Wind Drift Boat/Trailer Pass properly displayed.
*Please comply with any posted rules in all areas of the boat storage area and dock.
* Only adult 25 years and older may contract for use of boat parking, boat launch and dock. Identification required. *Valid boat registration is required for boat parking and dock use.
*Marina is not a full service marina. Each slip has power and water hook up.
*Wind Drift Owner's Association and Waves Association Management are not liable or responsible for damage, loss , or theft to vehicles, vessels, and trailers parked on Wind Drift Property.
*Trailers and Boats with out proper registration displayed as required by the Association will be towed at the owners expense. No exceptions!
What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
