Summary: The price is too high for the quality offered. While the building is in a good location and the apartment was clean, it is in need of a thorough renovation. There are several minor issues throughout: the kitchen appliances are old and worn, some electrical outlets don’t work, the bathroom drain is not functioning properly, and the furniture is also quite worn.
