Property is in city limits with city water and minutes from a grocery store, bait shop and more. Never miss a sunset at one of the two lakeside fire pits on the 220 feet of private shoreline. Spend the days fishing and the evenings playing horse shoe, corn hole, exploring the shoreline on the kayaks and much more! Boat dock and boat lift are available for guest use, however they are used at the guests risk and we will assume no liability for any damages or injuries incurred during use, and make no representation of compatibility to your boat. There is a second, PRIVATE boat dock directly behind the garage that is not included with the property and NOT for guest use.
